Statue of a little princess

Laszlo Marton Kossuth Prize-winning sculptor has a hundred and fifty hundred pieces of public works across the country, and even more than forty in Budapest. His creations have been linked to the tradition of figurative sculpture since the beginning.

Perhaps the best-known sculpture is the Little Queen who, besides Tapolca, is not only sitting on the Danube Coast in Budapest, but also in Tokyo with his crowned crown. The statue was made in 1989.

The creator, László Marton was born in Tapolca.
